Best pizza I had in a while and was mad particularly well 10 minutes before closing. The guy had a wonderful attitude.

Pizza showed more than an hour late cold no apologies, no discount was offered, the driver even had the nerve to hang out in front of my house waiting for a tip for another 10 minutes... Hmm... why was he late.? I'm quite my order certainstill would not be here ad i not called the store, and explained that I am a frequent customer and live literally 5 minutes away!!This is unacceptable, it's one thing to be late, but then to treat your loyal customer with such disrespect... needless to say my days of ordering domino's are at an end. Seriously guys, get it together. The next customer might not have a sense of humor. Much like the hungry teenagers who waited unit after midnight for this marginal, @#!#!!Good Luck!p.s. That's quite unfortunate I've never had that problem with them, but I always order my food online. I have had to call to amend an order I placed online. My calls were answered promptly and I've only had one issue with this particular Domino's and that was recently and it was just that my sandwich wasn't made as well as it should have been. My suggestion would be to either order online where you can send them a note, or continue to call until somebody eventually answers. If this is an ongoing problem I would suggest getting their general managers information and logging a complaint. If this doesn't happen on a regular basis I would say give him a break this one time they might just be busy since it's Friday night.

I love Domino's everytime I order delivery they have it to my house within 30 minutes
